We use the latest measurement technology which provides a fully integrated and highly accurate approach to the preparation and use of documentation for the procurement and control of construction projects, and allows us to produce bills of quantities for main contractors and sub contractors.
We provide a professional solution thereby saving contractors and sub-contractors the high costs involved in employing a full time department to carry out this work.
Bills of Quantities can we provided in the following format:
- Standard Method of Measurement (SMM7)
- New Rules of Measurement (NRM 2)
- Builders Quantities produced
Bespoke Bills of Quantities in accordance with Clients Contract Sum Analysis
- Bills of Quantities can be converted into excel, PDF and CITE format.
- Detailed Cut and Fill Reports can be provided
- Clients are issued with a set of Marked Up Drawings identifying measurements
- Assumption and measurement notes are provided at the front of each Bill of quantities section
