Barge House – 5 Storey Office Development
We have been instructed by one of our regular clients to prepare a Bill of Quantities for Barge house. The works comprise of the strip out and demolition of existing office building and the construction of a new commercial office building to Cat A finish over 5 floors with a gross internal floor area of approximately 4,252m2. The external envelope comprises a combination of terracotta and coloured metal cladding, double glazed aluminium windows, opening natural ventilation and a bio-solar roof.
