Berkhamsted School Sixth Form Centre
BQS were recently instructed to carry out a Bill of Quantities for the above project. The proposed works include: the demolition of three existing buildings, construction of a three-storey building with reinforced concrete frame, part steel frame, timber and CLT elements. The internal fit comprised of a café, locker rooms, WCs, teaching rooms, meeting rooms, commons study space, and administration areas with hard and soft landscaping externally.
