BQS have recently been instructed to prepare a Bill of Quantities for the Eliza Yard project. The development comprises of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to provide a mixture of typologies catering for a wide variety of residential requirements, and the creation of ground floor activities through the provision of commercial workspace and retail space.
