Demolition of existing farm buildings, silos, Bee House, etc. Construction of new four storey rehearsal building comprising Foyer, Green Room, Rehearsal rooms, Kitchen and Servery, Stores etc. Alterations to existing cottage and new 3 storey workshop building. Extensive external works including car park, works to existing drive, roads and paving, courtyard, loading bay etc and drainage.
