The works involve increasing the undergraduate residential accommodation on site with a new building housing 72 ensuite student rooms with an integral café, dining and social teaching space on the ground floor. The new building is to link remodelled landscape spaces and circulation routes, and integrate with the existing key College facilities of the Dining Hall (Warburton Hall), the Library, and the residential buildings of De Brye and Bertram.
