We are delighted to be working with Willmott Dixon on preparing the Bill of Quantities for the proposed development comprising of 42 new homes. All properties are either one or two storeys to reflect the surrounding properties and will be a range of terraced and semi-detached dwellings with a small block of six apartments located in the centre of the site.
